At Cloud Pine Natural Solutions, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

We kindly ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This both honors our practitioners' time and allows us to offer your slot to other members who may need care.

Cancellation policies are as follows:

• If you cancel with 24+ hours’ notice, you won’t be charged anything.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice—or a no-show—means we’ll need to charge you the full amount of the appointment fee.
