You may have thought this before...
"I started wondering, what can I do for myself between appointments to help manage the pain?"
The problem is that every time I go looking for these pain management answers, I end up more confused than when I started. Conflicting advice, wellness rabbit holes, and an influencer swearing that one supplement changed their life. (Spoiler: it didn't change mine.)
I need a system I can trust to help me learn how to manage the pain. To provide real guidance on how to take action in my own health, rooted in evidence, and to work alongside my care team, not competing with it. Sound familiar?

Pain is complicated. Your care plan shouldn't be. We use Chinese Medicine to create a personalized pain management system built around you.
Here's how...
What's included in your program
Built on a four pillars
approach to Chinese Medicine.
We focus on four interconnected pillars to build a program that tackles the full picture of your pain, not merely the visible symptoms - click and scroll down to learn more.
How the program helps
Strengthening your body's ability to manage pain.
Consistent use of the right herbs, foods, habits, and awareness helps your body settle into a new managed normal. Here's where that impact shows up:

The theory behind the program
Creating the balance that manages pain.
A different way of thinking about your body: Chinese Medicine focuses on the underlying energy that keeps your heart beating, your digestive system digesting, and your brain thinking.

To keep these processes going, your body is always seeking balance. When something throws it off — stress, injury, diet, life — pain is one of the ways it tells you. Our job is to find where that balance is lost and restore it.

We do this with the four pillars, described above, chosen to counteract what's gone wrong. Too much heat? We cool it. Too much tension? We soften it. It's precise, personalized work.

What to expect throughout the program
How we work together.
We work hard to reduce your pain and restore your function, but the most powerful tool in getting there is helping you become an active participant in your own pain management.

This is an invitation to get involved in the process, to explore, to learn, to show up for yourself.
1. In-depth intake session We start by learning everything about you: your history, your goals, and how you experience your condition. Following this appointment, you will have a small amount of at-home tracking to do so we can build your treatment plan accordingly.
2. Follow-up in 2 weeks At this time, we will lay out your full treatment plan, schedule regular check-ins, and prepare your first herbal formula that will be delivered to your door in about a week.
3. Ongoing, evolving care This is where we've got your back! As we start to show you how to manage your pain, your symptoms will change. We will modify your herbal formula and treatment plan, and address any challenges you might be having along the way.
